Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mortgage Consultant to join our team at Credit Link Company. As a Senior Mortgage Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends to help clients make informed decisions and secure the most suitable financing options.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and eligibility for mortgage financing.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, Islamic, and government-backed loans, and advise clients on the best options based on their needs.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze clients’ financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess their borrowing capacity and recommend appropriate loan amounts and terms.
• Guidance and Support: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing clear explanations of requirements, procedures, and timelines, and offering support at every step.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders to generate leads, referrals, and repeat business opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in all mortgage transactions and documentation.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and competitive offerings to provide timely and relevant advice to clients and adapt strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, underwriting, and operations departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification or licensure in mortgage advising or related field (e.g., CMAP, CeMAP) preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages is highly desirable.
