Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team at Credit Link Company. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic initiatives and relationship-building efforts. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our mortgage products and services across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape in the mortgage industry.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address inquiries, and promote our mortgage solutions.
  • Business Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of Credit Link Company’s products and services and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and customize mortgage solutions to meet their specific requirements, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities through CRM systems and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services offered by Credit Link Company, such as insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis of business development activities, sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in the mortgage and real estate sectors, is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
