Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Marketing Officer to join our team at Credit Link Company. As a Telesales Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts through telemarketing campaigns, promoting our mortgage products and services, and generating leads to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists, database, or other sources, introducing Credit Link Company’s mortgage products and services, and generating interest in scheduling appointments or consultations.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques, gathering information on clients’ financial needs, interests, and eligibility for mortgage financing.
• Product Promotion: Present and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Credit Link Company’s mortgage products and services to potential clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or objections they may have.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls with interested prospects for further discussion with our mortgage consultants or sales team, ensuring accurate recording of appointments in CRM systems.
• Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads who have expressed interest but not yet committed to our services, nurturing relationships, addressing concerns, and providing additional information or assistance as needed.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and activities in CRM systems, tracking progress through the sales pipeline, and updating statuses accordingly.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the company’s overall sales objectives.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and telesales best practices in all communications and interactions with clients, ensuring ethical and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
• Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection to achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
